快换式上熔胶，拆换便利、快捷胶锅液位高精仪器监测，自动预熔、抽胶粒。

Quick-change glue pot,easier for service and replacement;Pre-melts ,glue level sensor and automatic refilling system equiped.

存胶容量12.5KG，预熔胶料斗容量5KG，满足长时间供胶，减少人工加胶频率。

Capacity of the EVA storage is up to12.5KG while that of the pre-melt box is up to 5KG.it can satisfy the EVA long-time supplyand reduce timesin manual application.

标配40mm铣刀（选配65mm），采用双铣刀对开料产生的波纹痕迹、毛刺或不垂直等现象进行修饰，使封边条与板材的贴合更加紧密，整体性和美观度更佳。

Standard with 40T pre-milling cutter, to trim off the defects of panel surface, and thus to achieve a close sticking and a better edge results.

烤灯装置

预热板件，提升板材与边带的粘合效果。

04End-cutter

前后齐头

可通过精密的直线导轨运动，快速切断板材前后多余边带，40mm端头精准前后切。

Transmits along the linear guides, cut off front and rear tape on workpiece,accurately cut off front and rear tape on 40mm narrow piece.
